This is a lovely, very bright spacious studio flat. It's very central and close to the train station and main high street. The studio-flat is divided into different living areas: kitchen/day-time and night-time. There is also a small balcony next to the kitchen. It's on the internal side of the building so very quiet. The apartment is brand new. It has just been renovated to a high, luxury standard. It has air-conditioning/centralised heating. There is everything you need for your stay in Bologna without bringing anything from home: kitchenware, bed linen, towels, hair-dryer, iron, wi-fi. The rent includes everything, except electricity and hot /cold water. In order to stipulate the rental contract we ask for a copy of ID, a university invite/work contract/other reason for relocation to Bologna, also parental guarantee if you are a student. You also need an Italian Tax code, which we can help you to obtain.
