Acadomus is a student housing aggregator that helps international students find verified housing in Italian university cities. We display curated listings from third-party providers, primarily HousingAnywhere, alongside search tools, an AI assistant (ADAI), and educational content about the student housing market.

Acadomus is an information intermediary. We do not own, manage, or lease any property. Rental agreements are between tenants and property owners/managers.

Acadomus is an affiliate partner of HousingAnywhere. We display listings from HousingAnywhere and may earn a commission when users complete a booking through our referral links. We are not the property landlord — all bookings, payments, and rental contracts are handled directly between users and HousingAnywhere/landlords.

Listing data (prices, availability, descriptions) is sourced from HousingAnywhere and may not reflect real-time accuracy. Always verify details directly on the provider platform before making any booking decision.

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Not create multiple accounts for the same person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When using Acadomus, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without authorization.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform's security or infrastructure.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

Acadomusis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listing information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Our data processing practices are described in our Privacy Policy, managed via our Iubenda compliance platform. By using Acadomus, you acknowledge our data processing as described therein.

You may delete your account at any time via the account privacy page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Padova, Italy.
