This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, minus a mandatory final cleaning fee (€80 for rooms). Other Costs (Last Month's Rent): Listed under "Other Costs" is the payment for your final month of rent. This must be paid in advance at check-in as a guarantee. Check-In Payments (Cash): Please note that both the security deposit and the "Other Costs" (last month's rent) must be paid strictly in cash upon check-in.
