Other Costs (Last Month's Rent): Listed under "Other Costs" is the payment for your final month of rent. This must be paid in advance at check-in as a guarantee. Check-In Payments (Cash): Please note that both the security deposit and the "Other Costs" (last month's rent) must be paid strictly in cash upon check-in. Administrative Fee: The admin fee cannot be paid in cash and must be settled via bank transfer at check-in. Security Deposit Refund Policy: Please note that the security deposit is processed via bank transfer within 24 to 48 hours after check-out. This allows us the necessary time to inspect the property and finalize any outstanding utility bills (bi-monthly/tri-monthly), unless a flat-rate utility fee is agreed upon in advance.
