Description
Bright single room in a shared flat for three people located at a five minute walk distance from the tram stop Trieste/De Gasperi and from the train and bus station. Ideally located to reach all faculties and the city centre. Here are the terms and conditions for the rental, so that everything is clear from the outset. Monthly rent and additional costs: The monthly rent for the room is €320, plus €100 per month in condominium fees, for a total of €420 per month. These amounts must be paid in full regardless of the actual check-in and check-out date, unless I make a special offer. In addition to the fixed monthly amount of €420, the following expenses must be paid separately. All bills will be split equally among the three tenants: * Municipal waste tax (TARI): approximately €6 per month per person. * Wi-Fi: €9 per month per person. * Water: approximately €5–6 per month per person. * Electricity: approximately €25–35 per month per person. * Gas for heating: the heating system is autonomous, so the cost will depend on the household’s actual consumption and may vary depending on how much it is used. Security deposit: An €840 security deposit must be paid at check-in. It will be refunded at check-out, provided that no damage has been caused to the room and all bills relating to the rental period have been paid.
